Rhys, Julie has given you good advise. With the name Davies in Wales you are going to need certs for everyone you add to your tree.

You are best to get David Evan birth certificate ( info on other thread) to find out

1; if he was David Evan or Evan David
2: Mum's name
3: Dads name to see if he was David or Evan

I'm a little confused here (it doesn't take much!) but I'm unsure what information you are looking for.

Born 1855, South Wales, later moved to London, married Elizabeth nee?, had son named evan davies 1885, daughters named Mary and Elizabeth both 1884. Living inllanwonno parish 1901 census I think
