For P Kelsey in Essex, there are three, one of whom could be your nan. A long shot, but you never know.

The good news seems to be that there is no death recorded since 1984 for a Phyllis with that birthdate.

Phyliss Kelsey born 15th May c1924.
She is my nan & would dearly love to get in touch with her. She lived with my grandad Albert Fox in Forest Gate. For many years she lived there on her own when they seperated until the late 1990's. As far as I know she now lives in Romford but i'm not sure where. If anyone can give me any information of her whereabouts I would be truely grateful. It is my christmas wish to get in touch with her.
I remember 1 of her sisters was Winifred.
