Trying to find for family member on my tree who is Ann Lillington.

Ann was adopted by Jim and Sylvia Lillington of Sutherland, NSW. They are now both deceased. The only information was of her birth mother is that her name is Rita May Taylor who would have been quite young at the time of Ann's birth (1952). The birth took place at the Women's Hopital, Paddington, Sydney, Aust. on 30 April 1952. Ann is not even sure that this is a maiden surname or not, though presumably it is as she was very young at the time of the birth. There is no detail of the birth father except he may have been of Mediteranian origin. All records from this hospital were destroyed in a fire.
Is there anybody out there who may have some idea of where any information can be found?
