thanks for your quick replies, yes that is them in the home john is my great grandfather who i can trace back. dont know about joseph,but did find a joseph killed in ww1 and married to lydia hurren in which again i cant find the marriage. but you could possibly right about the girls reverting back to the hurrens name

looking for rose b 1875 and esther drake 1878 in ipswich suffolk. there mother was emma leech who married john hurren then married harvey or henry drake. dont know what happened to them after that. is there anyone out there who knows what happened to them , if they married or had children. help appriecated. thanks june
