Thanks Mike but it is an error on the census, Annie Elizabeth is my G.gran............have marriage cert and have found her baptism record

Annie Elizabeth was born 1876 and her first child was named Annice after her Mother
On the baptism record for Annie Elizabeth her mothers name is again Annice...........

But I cannot find any marriage for an Annice and John Rowbotham in Sheffield

I found them on quite a few census'ssssss
but keep comming acrossthis marr

Just looked at that one Keith and for a minute I thought it may be the one but it isn't................

I have them in the census records and also the baptism for their eldest Annie Elizabeth but unfortunatley no marriage for them

There is a possible marriage to an Annie Miller showing on FreeBMD Dec 1871, Sheffield 9c 711, but possibly too early given first child.
Cannot find one for Annice/Annis.

Have searched on Ancestry but had no luck so far
