I am really struggling to find any information (positive) on
William Tait Little born about 1850 (suggested Canonbie maybe)
Married Elizabeth McWilliam (traced her ancestry) at Terrelges in 1880.
Marriage certifcate gives his age at 30.
Mothers name Elizabeth Little maiden name Little
Fathres Name John Tait Little (deceased Farmer)
William was living in West Bromwich in 1881 and also on marriage certificate. Died in Leicester no wills founf.
Desperatley trying to find him before his marriage.

Would this be him? Father is James not John.

No, I think the mother here is Elizabeth Jackson.

Thanks everyone - this is the one I keep looking at but it is definetly John on certificate. It is the right family from 1891 onwards.
