census look up around 1900-1910 - can anyone help

If you wish to find their ancestry, purchase the cert for one whose birth year you know, and that will tell you the full names of both of their parents.

My mum and dad said he was called Lorry he was a blind piano tuner that lived in High Green when I said did they call him Laurence they said no it was Lorry

1901 is the most recent available census. 1911 comes on line in 2012

I would query your interpretation of the uncle's first name.......what was he registered as?

Ethel, Ernest (born 1906), Florry, Mary, Harold and Wilfred Helliwell who are all siblings, they had a uncle called Lorry Helliwell and they all came from the High Green area of sheffield
