Looking for any information on James Watson, born c1827 Burnley Lancs, son of Thomas Watson and Ann Whittaker (might have been Catherine Ann).
In 1861 James migrated to New Zealand with his wife Grace (nee Haigh) and their young daughter Jane Ann. They sailed on board "The Hanover". They went on to have several (about 9 or 10) other children. I believe descendents are scattered around NZ and Australia.
Any information on James or his parents would be welcome.
