Nirmal ? (Coventry 1944)

Gillian Report 29 Dec 2007 08:36

Nirmal was in Coventry in 1944, and was at the medical school training to be a doctor, but was living in America.

He met my mother Elsie Peake who was from Stoke on Trent and was working in Coventry to assist the war.

Nirmal was from India, I think he wrote to my mother but she was made to destroy the letter by her parents. She has no recollection of his surname.

My mum is now 85, and it would be nice to fill in the gaps from this time of her life. If anyone has any information which could help please contact me.

Many Thanks,
