Their are no sidney charles russell's registered on the GRO birth index registered 1910 or the first quarter 1911 in the London area the nearest is a

Any birth cert you buy without nowing the at least one of the parents name would be a guess

the marriage cert would be your best bet

Do you have the marriage reference? If so, you need to order his marriage cert to determine his father's name and occupation. He might then be found on the 1901 census with his parents.

trying to find information about a sidney charles russell"s parents
only info i have is that charles was born in 1910 in london and he was married to ada strachan any help what so ever would be greatly recived
