I cannot see a Frank T W so think that it could be Frank T D missnamed.

Frank Steel was born in 1898 in Cheltenham. I wonder if anyone can help by sending details of the 1901 Census report.

He married twice, so if anyone can find either of these marriages I would be most grateful. I believe the family moved to Tunbridge Wells but I do not have any dates.
