Also,

Please can anyone trace Sam Lord's death cert. I have tried, but no luck. I have the date of death from some old family documents relating to his fathers Will. Also this is how I have found out his wife's name is Alice and lived in Blackpool. He died in April 1925.

Thanks in anticipation
Sandra

Thank you for the information.

Please can anyone check if Sam Lord & Alice Dawson had any children?

I am trying to find any family of Alice Lord (?1886) whose last known address was Park Rd, Blackpool in 1929. She married Sam Lord.

She was possibly called Dawson previously and married in 1909.
(I have not requested the marriage cert as yet but this is the only one I am coming up with). Sam was born in Rochdale and the family still live there.
He was in the Flying Corps in WW1 and died in 1925
