It looks like Municipal Officer, Boro (for Borough) Surveyor's Department.

Could anyone please take a look at this census page for me and tell me what you think William Henry Walkey's occupation would be. He his listed on the page as Wm Hy Walkey and the page is Class: RG13; Piece: 2092; Folio: 101; Page: 47.

So far it looks like Municipal officer boro ? department but i cant make out one of the words.
