Trying to trace relatives of my late father Ernest Coles- born 2.08.1893
in Halse, Somerset. (Married Georgina Crombie in 1926 Grimsby)
Mothers name:- Elizabeth Coles Born 1868 Halse Somerset. Possible fathers name:- Samuel Shattock??
Elizabeth's parents were John Coles born 1833 Fitzhead Somerset. Mother:- Ann, born 1832 Wiveliscombe
Elizabeth,s brothers :-Henry,Arther,Charles,Francis,George,Samuel.:-
Sister was Annie.

Elizabeth married George Gibbs Jewell June 1899. George was born 1866 in Ilfracombe. His father was Richard Jewell born c1820, his wife was Ann born Ilfracombe born c1847.
