William Naisbitt (various spelling) b.1830 in Ferryhill. I think i may have found his father George b.1806 in Lanchester and his mother and siblings. I have them in each census all living near each other in the same civil parishes. Since it is before certificates and as yet i cant view the parish records can anyone help me determine that William is George's son. Thanks Alison |

Did William marry? |

Yes William did marry before 1851 but i cant find his marriage. His wife in 1851 is down as Mary Burnup Naisbitt and living with George (the possible father) is a Joseph Burnup. But cant find a marriage for Naisbitt to Burnup. I will follow that up though thanks Reg. |

Ohh that all fits.. Maybe Joseph decided he would go under ''Burnop'' in the 1851 census. Meaning it would still tie in. Thanks Libby |
