Hello again Tina

Luck is on your side! As William died in Scotland the first thing you need to do is get a copy of his death registration from Scotlands People. This will show both his parent's names including his Mum's maiden name.
Having both his parent's names will hopefully make it a lot easier to find him on the census

How old was William when he married? What was his father's occupation?

I know William Herbert Jones was my GGrandad.
I have his marriage certificate,
he was married to Mina Gilbertson my GGran
on 02.06.19.07 Christ Church Bootle.
Their residence at the time was 206 (william) and 204 (mina) Bedford road. william was a bricklayer at the time.
His father's name was Robert jones.
When my Nan was born to them in 1911 they were living at 7 Lowell street Walton.
They moved to the Annan area in Dumfries were he died in 1930
Can anyone fill in the gaps ie. did he have any siblings?
what was his mother called? where was he born? etc...
Thanks
Regards Tina. X
