Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 226 Send Message	I am trying to find the certificate information to order my grandparents marriage certificate but cannot find them on BMD. Their names are Cecil Victor Whitburn, born 12.09.03 and Elsie Johnson, born 17.06.05. I think they were married in Birmimgham around 1926. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Alison
