check you haven't had a credit back for an unfound record...
They seem to be sending out each certificate in separate envelopes recently, although I'm sure they used to be combined..

I have found that they send births, deaths and marriages all separately even if I order them together.

I ordered two (with GRO references) at the end of November. One arrived on 24th Dec. The other has not yet arrived. Is it usual for them to send each one seperately when you order two at a time?

Sheila, so far (touch wood) I have had no problems receiving certs here in the UAE. They have been taking around 3 weeks to get here though, all arriving with a Swiss post mark!

I live in Spain and I ordered one in November not arrived emailed them said they would send another before Xmas nothing received the last lot came with a Malmo postage or sometimes with a Spain postage it used to be very quick before they gave their postings to another company Sheila

Hi there,

Service was very quick before Christmas (they were probably trying to get up to date). I have just ordered some today and they give a despatch date of 8th January.

Same for me, ordered 2 a couple of weeks before xmas.....I was amazed when they turned up on the despatch date...., lets hope they keep it up.!!! lol

I would have to say with lightening speed!

A couple of weeks before Christmas I ordered some, the online system gave a delivery date of 3 days later, and 5 days later they were on my doormat!

On about 20th Dec I ordered some more, with a delivery date of 27th Dec, and they arrived on 24th!!

(this is to England, and with GRO indexes given).
