Does anyone know.

I have a relative born in Dublin in 1798.
He came over to this country I think when he was in his 30s.
Would there be anyway of finding out when he came and if he came with anyone?
Also how do can I find out information of say his birth?

Many thanks Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth

I have many Irish relations and I have got birth certificates for them.

You need to write to
Office of The Registrar General
Government Offices
Convent Road
Roscommon
Co. Rosscommon
Eire
They will send you the details of charges.

Thankyou Stephanie

All I know about the man in question is year of birth 1798 and the fact he came from Dublin. Would that be enough info?

Would they have lists of passengers that came from Dublin to England?
