In 1901, aged 20 Arthur ChHarles Kilby was a convict in Parkhurst Prison....so maybe the Orphanage Asylum in Wolverhampton in 1891 - when he was 10 yrs old, was a school for naughty boys?? . |

Gillian, I am not sure where the prison records will be held at, possibly Hampshire records office if they survive, google them and see if you can find a phone number. |
