My grt grandfather Richard White married either Sarah or Edith Berry Dec qtr 1910 Honiton, Devon. Without buying the certificate - is there any other way of finding out which one it was? |

The only real way I can see is to order the marriage cert using the reference. |

Thanks for the replys but I was hoing to avoid any expense - just moved and money is very short. Also it is his second wife and not directly related to me. |

Suzanne, both Edith & Sarah had the same surname so births won't help. |

What about e-mailing the local library to see if they have newspapers. If it is a double wedding, it might have made the papers. |
