Scroll down to map segment & click on top left-hand corner of image to enlarge. You will see North Street 3 streets up from the dark blue diagonal line, near Regent's Canal.

Looking at a modern map it looks like it's called Halley Street today.

HI I am trying to locate a william henry willson from tower hamlets. born c1811 married to a lady only known to me as sarah.
william h willson was a marriner by trade, His eldest son also william henry willson was born in popular in 1835 and married in sept 1858 to a caroline shearman, derby st bethnal-Green. william jnr according to wedding cert was living in north st ,but cant find such a place in east london!! can anyone help please?
