marriage look up help please

There could be other marriages before 1926. FreeBMD is only complete up until 1915. |

You'll either be sending off for any likely marriage cert or searching for anyone who has the chap in their tree - could be a bit of a haul - difficult to know how you can find the right cert easily. Even with father's name as a checking point you'll be paying out £4 a time for the wrong ones. |

You seem to be working forwards not backwards. Do you know if the chap had any children - if so do you know any names and an idea of when they were born? |
