The 1901 census has an Edith Poynter, 29, born Dorking, Surrey, married, but not with husband and Hester Poynter, 2, born London. They're visitors in the home of Amos & Margaret Cooke, Kempslade, Wotton, Dorking, Surrey.

Hi,
I am looking for my grandfathers stepmother HESTER SEYNER, we believe she was born about 1900, married in the 1920s and became Hester Robinson, we are unsure of her maiden name. She married my great grandfather Arthur Seyner in the late 1940s and my dad remembers attending her funeral mid 1970s.

Hester lived in the Hornsea area of London, we believe that her and arthur seperated before she died. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
