I am trying to find Edward Harold Greenwood who married a
Pearce, in Easington, S E Durham, between April-June 1947,
they had a daughter called Marilyn born Oct-Dec 1947, birth
registered in S E Durham, I would love to find them.

Hi Marliyn

I have seen your other post regarding this... I hate to tell you this but you won't get answers straight away... you have to sit back and be patient!

Alot of people are still at work, the rush comes at 6pm when people login and check the days events.

The accepted and polite way of reminding people you are still looking is to simply place an n in the reply box and post agan... this is known as a nudge and will bring your request to the first screen again. Simply bombarding us with the same request will eventually mean it'll get ignored completely!

PS...i have got 'looking fors' going back months and 2 go into years, without reply!... yu really just have to sit tight and wait for a relevant person to find you.

have found the birth of a
Edward H Greenwood mothers maiden name Richardson registered in Bradford vol 9b page 223, 2nd qtr 1918.
I checked the births from 1927 backwards and this is the only one I found.
