Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 66 Send Message	Trying to find information on a Joseph Howard b.1938 in the Ashton-under-lyne area. Believed to be my mum's cousin. Have recently heard he may live or have lived in the Heywood/Rochdale area. May have married Phyllis.
