Is anyone going to the National Archives in Kew - could they look up the details for me - would be much appreciated.

Record Summary
Scope and content Naturalisation Papers: Quenet, Francois Alfred, from France. Certificate 5611 issued 19 November 1867.

Availability Open Document, Open Description, Normal Closure before FOI Act: 30 years
Held by The National Archives, Kew.

I am trying to trace the parents and hope this might give some clues.
