missing death record 1913

Can anyone help with this?

I have a shared grave, and the other person in this private grave is an Emma Goyns (as per cemetery records), buried in 1913.

I have looked through the indexes for 1912-1914 and I can't find her. The censuses imply this should be spelt Goynes, but no sign of that either!

When there is a correction on the Indexes at the bottom, is that usually a correction done at the time, or a missing record inserted later, does anyone know?

Oh.. and area will be London - Putney/Wandsworth ish. (Surrey)

I took the details from the cemetery over the phone, so they could have easily said G-O-I-N-S when I heard GOYNS !
