I am looking for any info on my late grandfathers family his name is Herbert John Humphries aka Ginger Humphries he was born around 1897 and died sometime before November 1934.
He was an Engine Stoker on Railways and he lived i think all his life in Barry South Wales. The Address he lived at before his death was 34 Cannon Street Barry South Wales. He was married a Florence Dickens. They went on to have a number of children the ones i know are Leonard who was born 4/6/1921 in Cardiff and i found out he died in 1998, Vernon who i have been told by my mother died if TB at a youngish age but obviously after 1934 as that was when she was born, Beatrice, Evelyn and Sylvia (youngest) my mother i have been told that she was the surviving one of twins but i do not know how true this is.
Beatrice and Evelyn i know were both married and emigrated to Australia Beatrice married Harold Davis/Davies they went onto have children but i cannot remember names Evelyn married Stev(ph)en Fowler they also went on to have children but again not too sure of names but i think one of the sons (or only son) is Michael. Sadly i found out that Steve died around 1998 not too sure when.
I have searched census records and have been unable to come up with anything can anyone please help
