Hi

I am struggling to read a page number on a birth register.

It is for:-

Ellen Ball, 1839 April/May/June Ormskirk,
vol 21 page 5??

I can't work out if the numbers are one's or seven's. would be grateful for your help.

Thanks
Janet

Claire.. are they Q1?

Its 577.. its been transcribed as that by freebmd, and I've looked at the original and the 7 has a much longer tail than a one, so I agree its 577.
