This one seems to fit. Benjamin's occupation was a Shipwright. Does that fit with info on marriage cert?

can anyone tell me how I can find out the parents of Joseph Howell born Bedminster Bristol in 1833
only other info from his marriage cert father Benjamin ,mother not known looked on IGI have found nothing.
