I have a Dorothy Isabel May Whittaker b 17 May 1889, Southampton area. She is registered in the June Q in Southampton in 1889

I cannot find this lady on the 1891 census.

On the 1901 census, she is 11 years old, at 23 Languard Road, Shirley, Southampton with her father Edward, an Accountant.
RG13/1074, Folio 138 Page 15

I have tried under Whittaker, Whitaker, Wittaker and other variations, but no luck. Can anyone find her please?
