1851 Census find please

I have an Eliza Bates born ca 1839 either Old Romney or Ivychurch, Kent.

Her parents were Isaac Bates and Elizabeth Hickman

On the 1841 census HO107/478/10 Folio 6/7 Page 7/8 she was at Ivychurch, Kent with her parents and Family and aged 1 year.

1851 census - cannot find.. Should be age 11

1861 Census Again at Ivychurch, Kent RG9/555 Folio 88 Page 11

I also have her on 1871, 1881 and 1891 Census

I expect she was at a boarding school, but I still cannot find her - can anyone help please?
