Good morning to you all,

I was wondering if any one could help me!
I am trying to trace a lady called Edith May Richardson born abt [1905] in St Albans Herts, she later married a chap called Frederick Hodgins born abt [1903] Wandsworth Middlesex.

What I am trying to find is her Parents!
I will thankyou you all now if anyone can find them, I will be back on threads in an hour or so.

To find her parents you will need to buy her birth certificate.

Births Jun 1904 (>99%)

This is the only Edith May I could find for the right time, how do you know where she was born?

There doesn't seem to be an Edith May Richardson that fits. The closest I could find was the following:




Name: Edith R Richardson
Year of Registration: 1912
Quarter of Registration: Oct-Nov-Dec
Mother's Maiden Name: Howard
District: St Albans
County: Hertfordshire
Volume: 3a
Page: 1543





This cert will give you the names of her parents....................................if it's her!

Just found another that is closer to the birth year you're after but forename is different:
