Hi my name is Stephen Toombs I have traced my ancesters back as far as 1792, but now have hit a brick wall. They all seem to have lived in Ely Cambridge, is thier anyone else researching the same name. Regards S Toombs

I am also researching Toombs as Ann Toombs married into the Whitby family and also the Whitbys went into partnership with the Toombs.

Cambridge doesn't ring a bell though.
