Member Since: March 2007 Posts: 2 Send Message	so the story goes my uncle then named thomas vine (mother named Nellie Vine married Reginald Pickett) was adopted at the age of four in 1920 ish. Can't find him anywhere in the records. the story continues that he was adopted by an american/canadian couple and his name changed to Theodore Alexander or other way round. Does anyone have any clues please?
