Hello All, Does anybody have LEON Allen Waghorn(e)in their tree.. or even better are you a direct descendant He was Born 1881 at Headcorn, Kent .Son of John and Frances Waghorn (nee Kenward). Dont know when he died, I think he spent most of his adult life in Hampshire., Leon was my Uncle, I last saw about 1950. He was a carpenter by trade and also spent time in the Army as a regular soldier, Prior to and through the 14-18 War.He was married. Also his brother Charles Born 1888 same place and parents. Whereabouts of settling unknown ,believe Hampshire or Sussex. He was medically unfit for conscription 14-18 and was vertically challenged at about 4'10''.Know he was married and had children Please contact me if you can help. Thankyou, Roger. |
