trying to find - Please help if you can

Im trying to find my grandfathers cousin.

Michael J Walters was born in 1938 in Hertfordshire, son of Frederick Walters and Daisy Varney. (Daisy was my grandads aunt)

I have Michael walters marrying an Elizabeth A Marlow in 1964 in Hertfordshire.

From this marriage I have been able to find two children:
Philip Leslie Walters born 1966 in Hertfordshire
Sarah Jane Walters born 1968 in Hertfordshire.

I have a possible marriage for Philip Leslie to a Carolina Canacan in 1984 which would have made him about 18 years old. From this marriage I can find 2 children being born, the first in 1986. (this is only a possibility)

I have found three possibilities for Sarah Jane but I am not sure on any of them at all.

The last time anyone heard from Michael Walters, he was living in Ditchfield Road, Hoddesdon.
