William Webb from Haverhill

I have a William Webb in my tree,(father of same name) born possibly in 1842 as shows on 1851 census aged 9 with father, stepmother and half brother Samuel. Would love to find out what happened to him. Lyn

I found a William Webb from Haverhill
In 1861 he was at Chatham Barracks

1881 living at Union Square Risbridge Haverhill
William age 49 chelsea pensioner
Caroline age 39 born Gremany
Mary s age 20 born Ireland
Caroline born Devonport
William j age 14 born Aldershot
Charles E age 10 born Haverhill

1891 Union Sq.
as above but now has
Alfred age 7 born Haverhill
Christina age 5
Vicroria age 3
Arthur age 9mths

1901
William age 59
Caroline E age 49
Victoria age 13
Arthur age 10

The ancestrey site played up and i could not find 1871 again.

Just to correct a small detail, I think, if it is the same one, the Marine William Webb at Chatham Barracks in 1861 was born at Whiston, Lancashire, in it says 1843. It is probable that this William Webb was my GGrandFather and not the William Webb from Haverhill,Suffolk that you are researching.
