Hi, Iam trying to find the English father of Kevin Arthur Wheatley, who was born in Kensington, Sydney on 13/3/1937, I think his mother was called Ivy Sarah. |

I have not been able to locate the father but the Australian Electoral Roll for 1943 shows an Ivy Sarah Ann Wheatley living at 29 McDougall St. in the suburb of Kensington, Watson. No husband or other residents are shown but this is during the war years and it's possible he was on military service. |

The 1937 Australian Electoral Roll shows Ivy Sarah Ann Wheatley living with Raymond George Wheatley (labourer), at 67 Walker Street, Waterloo. Ivy is living on her own in the 1949 electoral roll so there is a possibility her husband had died, possibly in the war. |

Julco, you are right about him not getting killed in the war, I was getting him mixed up with his son Kevin, who was killed in the war, sorry for the confusion |
