Trying to find information on Catherine Wilkinson who was born in Ireland, she had a son called Frederick Wilkinson who was born in 1929 he was later adopted. It is not known if Wilkinson was her maiden name or if she was indeed married. We would be grateful for any information on possible further children of Catherine Wilkinson or descendants of any kind. Her son Frederick Wilkinson is in Ill health and it would be nice if we could find some information on his birth mother and family. The only Wilkinsons in Belfast on the Ulster Covenant 1912 was at 208 mayo street and they were Catherine,Sarah, Rose ann, robert, and james is there a link. Any contact would be appreciated. On Fredericks birth certificate the informant was a what looks like a J Mahood does anyone know if it was a still a workhouse at this time or if it was actually a proper hospital. Thanks
