Hi Kerry. My name is Keith Willison and I too live in Bedfordshire. My family of Willisons go back over 200 years. Ask your dad or grandad if there are linkes to Dunstable, Hockliffe, Chalgrave or Tebworth and let me know

Hi I don't know if we have a connection or not ! but I'm stuck on the o'learys as my Nan was one but was very secretive about them (no idea why)
She was Rosetta o'leary born London 1921 her father was a Daniel Lawrence o'leary 1891 and mother Suannah Heffill 1896c
My Nan Rosetta had (what I have found ) a brother and 2 sisters
Frank 1916c Ellen 1920c and Doris 1922c
Now going back to Daniels father I have a Daniel o'leary 1856c
That is roughly all I have as far as I'm aware they are from London but not sure when they came to London from Ireland
The only other info I have is my Nan said there was a lot of brothers in the olearys but I'm yet to find any more of them ! Or if that was even true !
Does this help you at all ?
Or can you help me ?
The reason I messaged is my Nan Rosetta and one of her sisters (not sure which ) had to move when they were young out of London and came to Luton !

Hayley -

Kerry started this thread in 2003. Keith posted his message in 2008 and received no reply.
It's highly unlikely either of them is looking for replies here now.

One of the helpers on the GR boards has sent you a message via the GR system, suggesting you start your own thread on your family. That will be much more productive for you.

There's really no point in posting on all these old threads, as you have been doing.

Look at your email - in spam as well as inbox, and see if there's an email from GR telling you that there's a message for you - that's the one you want to read!

EDIT:

I see you've been a member of GR since 2004.
Have you kept your email address updated with GR? They will send their email to the address they have for you.
