I am looking for my grandfather Peter Wynne (b.1867)who was a miner ,a builder and an antique dealer in that order.His family were from Flintshire originally though he was born in Yorkshire. He lived in Cheshire most of his adult life .He married Catherine Foley and their only child ,my mother,was born in 1911.Peter died in 1917 .He appeared not to be living with his wife and a person, who seemed to share his antique business, called Mary Marshall of Rock Ferry, paid for his burial. He died on the premises of the Antique Business at 6,Claughton Firs and was buried at Bebbington.If any of this rings bells for anyone would be very pleased to hear from you .Hilary |
