The Genes Community continues to be a vibrant and very important part of Genes Reunited. We love reading so many great stories and friendships made.
The Community boards continue to be an opportunity to have a chat and help each other where help is needed. In the true spirit of Community boards, it’s the users who self–regulate and as always any concerns about specific comments or posts on the boards can still be reported in the usual way using the online reporting button.

When you can’t find the answer and you need to get in touch with us, our dedicated Customer Support team are here to help. They are busy answering hundreds of direct queries every month, so if you have a query or question just send an email to [email protected]. The team are available Mon – Friday 9am – 5.30pm and aim to reply within 24 hours. The Customer Support team also monitor all abuse reports and deal with them accordingly, in line with Community Guidelines, which can be viewed here: http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/contents/messageboardguidelines

For the past few months, the Community Manager would do their best to monitor and respond to comments and queries throughout the community. With so many boards, threads and conversations we found that even with best intentions, a query or question could sometimes be missed or result in a lengthy delay in responding.

So, to avoid any disappointment, if you have a query you’d like a response to, please email our Support team who are dedicated to helping you.
