	I have recently rejoined GR, and am trying to export my tree to my home computer, via the link at the bottom of the page. How long does this take in anyone experience, status shows as 'awaiting export' my home ISP is AOL, if that makes any difference many thanks

	How long's a piece of string? I've done this a couple of times, the first time the email didn't arrive until the next day the second I got the message within the hour!

	Carol, do you have a family tree program on your computer? You will need that to load the GR tree on.

	successfully received, took about an hour, thanks guys. back to the search after a bit of a break now!
