Linda

basically the sahort answer is NO

You have to paste the first item, then copy yhe second item.

If you save an item to copy, then highlight another item andc copy ....... it replaces the first item which goes into the ehter.

A good question Dovey with good responses. I particularly like the suggestion from Clair in Wales which I have now copied and pasted together with your question and all responses.
Thanks everyone.

Try highlighting the info you want to C & P

Then take the mouse into the blue area & right click.

Copy should appear, select then open a Word document paste & print from there.

Dove,

Highlight the bit you want to copy, press the Ctrl key and the C key together (this will copy). Go to where you want to copy to, either click on paste or press the Ctrl key and the V key together.

Can somebody please advise.....if there are numerous answers to a thread and one in particular is lengthy but relevant, how can I copy, paste or print just this one segment? I have tried highlighting the one answer and going to copy but then I seem to lose it in the ether. Either that or I end up printing 5 pages. As you can tell, I am IT illiterate..and old! H.
