So sorry Louise but I had no luck on Ancestry, I also looked on the SA National Archives site but found no John Thomas Bache, there were a couple of Bache but with other first names. Happy hunting!

Hi Louise, what is your gggrandfather's name , I have a subscrption to Ancestry24.co.za although this is noit as good as the UK sites I could see if I can find something there.

Im having trouble with my grandads death in england and it was only between 1977-1983!! Good luck, will watch this for info.x

I think my Great Great Grandfather may have died and then buried in South Africa, sometime about the 1930's/1940's, possibly even the 1950's.

Where would I look for his death?
