	Have you tried Norton web site to see if any new down loads are needed,?

	Hi Daisy, Sorry ..been at work all day. Well I tried to do another dcan this morning and it got stuck again cleared that and went to work. Just started computer again and it seems ok but still haven't done a scan. Bit nervous now lol Linda

	Doing the automatic weekly scan and for some reason it seems to have stuck. Have tried to cancel scan but it doesn't take any notice, What can I try next? Thanks Linda
