Interesting.....
This afternoon I checked Hythe baptisms on film at the library.
Your family were in Hythe in 1827 and 1831 having children baptised...but from what you say,flitted off to Tenterden in between for the baptism of Elias.
I will send a pm.

PS: He was baptised in Tenterden. This family drive me up the wall.
Yes they moved around a lot, they were Romany travellers.

Sorry, had to make cuppa for husband. Yes, my God you lot are amazing! That's him/them. I have his Hythe birth (according to the census) then spotted what may or may not be him in Liverpool. It said birthplace Harman.

Thanks Michael. It was on a census report, Ive googled everything and couldnt come up with it; so I think it's mistranscribed.
