Member Since: December 2003 Posts: 28 Send Message	I use Generations v8.5a with windows XP home I back up my tree to disc according to the previous version handbook which appears to work fine , however when I try to retrieve the info from the disc I get a message "Unable to open File" I have tried it in normal format and also converted to Gedcom to no avail Anyone able to tell me where I am going wrong Colin Vaughan
